We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Contractor or Cleaning Company to service a multiresidential complex located in Corinth, TX (76210). This is a contract-based opportunity ideal for independent cleaners or small teams looking to secure consistent, recurring work.
Scope of Work
- Perform routine, deep, and touch-up cleaning across all common areas of the multi-residential building
- Maintain hallways, stairways, and shared spaces in excellent condition (sweeping, scrubbing, and spot cleaning as per schedule)
- Litter pickup in and around the complex. Use of leaf blower as needed.
- Periodic scrubbing or light power washing.
- Clean and maintain amenities, including deep cleaning as required (e.g., pool furniture, common seating areas)
- Remove trash and recycling as required. Service garbage rooms and chutes
- Transport garbage bins to the compactor and safely operate the compactor.
- Clean office and staff areas, including cupboards, refrigerator, countertops, and appliances
- Ensure supplies are stocked and report shortages
- Perform general sanitization of high-touch points (handles, railings, switches, etc.)
- Use our mobile application daily to check in, upload pictures, and check out
Schedule
- Two (2) days per week: Monday and Friday
- Two (2) cleaners per visit
- 5 hours per visit (8:00 AM – 1:00 PM)
Compensation
- Paid according to our standard contractor payment cycle (weekly processing after approval)
- Rates may be discussed based on scope and performance
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of cleaning experience (residential, commercial, Airbnb, hotel, etc.)
- Ability to provide 2 staff members per service
- Valid business liability insurance
- Own vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Smartphone with internet access (iOS or Android)
- Comfortable using mobile apps for job tracking and photo uploads
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Willingness to complete a background check
How the Contract Will Be Assigned
- If your business is selected, we may begin with a trial service visit to ensure quality standards and workflow alignment.
- Upon successful completion, the location will be assigned as a recurring service contract.
How You Will Get Paid
- Services are completed within a Monday–Sunday cycle.
- An invoice draft will be shared the following week for confirmation.
- Payments are processed via direct deposit on Fridays for the previous week’s approved services.
