At NorthBay Health, we are seeking a Board Certified, Licensed Pediatric Physician to join our esteemed health system in Northern California. NorthBay Health's Center for Primary Care offers exceptional pediatric care, along with family practice and internal medicine, all delivered by a compassionate staff. Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Inpatient/Outpatient Responsibilities:
Call Ratio:
- Balanced call ratio shared among physicians and sites
Daily Patient Census:
- Approximately 20 patients per day
- Access to state-of-the-art medical equipment and comprehensive resources
- Collaborative team of physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
- Consult with patients to determine appropriate treatment courses
- Recommend and order diagnostic tests to evaluate illnesses
- Monitor lab results and medication adherence
- Prescribe treatments, therapies, medications, and vaccinations to prevent or treat illnesses
- Explain procedures, test results, and treatment plans to patients and families
- Refer patients to medical specialists as necessary
- Represent the practice in hospital committees, ensuring equitable meeting attendance among physicians
- Collaborate with and manage APPs to enhance patient care

Compensation Structure
NorthBay Health uses a structured compensation framework. Staff-level positions use a step-based system (Steps 1–5) based on years of directly related experience, with Step 5 representing 20 or more years of experience in the role. Manager level and above positions are paid a fixed annual base salary and are eligible for a variable incentive compensation plan. Physician compensation is structured based on specialty and role requirements.
Remote Work Disclosure
NorthBay Health is primarily an onsite organization due to the nature of healthcare. Some roles may allow hybrid or remote work based on business needs.
Remote work is not supported in Washington, Ohio, Wyoming, North Dakota, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or outside of the United States.
