LPN / RN – PRN available
We are currently seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our care team. PRN positions available, offering flexible 12 hour, 8 hour, and 4 hour shifts.
Compensation

LPN: Earn up to $37/hr

RN: Earn up to $43/hr

What You’ll Do
As an LPN/RN on our team, you will play a key role in ensuring our residents receive the highest quality of care. Responsibilities include:

Providing compassionate, resident-centered nursing care
-
Supervising day-to-day care delivered by STNAs
-
Administering medications and treatments per physician orders
-
Ensuring resident safety, sanitation, and comfort
-
Completing accurate and timely charting/documentation
-
Consulting with physicians regarding care plans
-
Notifying family and physicians of changes in condition or incidents
-
Obtaining lab specimens as ordered
-
Participating in new staff orientation
-
Delivering exceptional customer service to residents, families, and coworkers

Qualifications:

Active LPN or RN license in the State of Ohio (required)

CPR certification (required)

Minimum 1 year of experience in Short Term Rehabilitation, Hospital, or Long-Term Care
