Manager – Dairy Queen (DQ) | Lead the Team. Elevate the Experience.

What You’ll Do
As a Manager, you’re the anchor of each shift and the go-to support for both guests and crew:
- Oversee and guide team members during your assigned shifts, ensuring strong performance and teamwork.
- Keep operations flowing by coordinating with staff and management.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues with professionalism and urgency.
- Train and mentor new hires on company procedures, expectations, and service standards.
- Monitor inventory needs and communicate with the GM to stay ahead of shortages.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe restaurant environment.
- Follow all food safety regulations and uphold health-code compliance.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, responsibly, and in line with company policy.
What You Bring
To shine in this position, you should have:
- Previous experience in a similar hospitality or food service role (preferred).
- Solid understanding of food service management practices and daily operations.
- Knowledge of food safety rules and best practices.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment without losing precision.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, support, and guide a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—clear, calm, and solution-oriented.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
