Key Responsibilities

Prepare and assemble delicious treat orders quickly and accurately following health and safety standards

Communicate clearly and politely with co-workers to ensure customer satisfaction

Operate and maintain restaurant and chill equipment safely

Maintain cleanliness and organization in customer and work areas

Stock and rotate products properly to ensure freshness

Assist with prep work and daily cleaning tasks

Respond promptly to customer needs with a pleasant and alert attitude
Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move quickly in a high-volume environment

Comfortable standing for long periods and working in varying temperature conditions

Strong communication skills and positive demeanor

Capable of reading order monitors and following food handling procedures

Willingness to work weekends, day or night shifts as needed
