We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Household Assistant to join our team and provide exceptional support in managing daily household operations. We need someone for saturday morning and evening shift and call outs or if wanting more hours than weekends!
Duties
- Perform comprehensive residential cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and organizing living spaces to ensure a spotless environment.
- Assist with childcare responsibilities such as supervising children’s activities, preparing meals, and ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Manage laundry duties efficiently, including washing, folding, ironing, and organizing clothing and linens.
- Support event planning by coordinating schedules, setting up spaces for gatherings, and managing supplies to ensure successful events.
- Provide personal assistance by managing calendars, scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and running errands as needed.
- Oversee housekeeping management tasks such as inventory control of cleaning supplies and household essentials.
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing household needs promptly and maintaining a positive atmosphere within the home.
Skills
- Proven experience in personal assistant roles or household management with strong organizational skills.
- Expertise in residential cleaning techniques and housekeeping management.
- Experience in childcare and supervising children’s activities with patience and care.
- Knowledge of event planning logistics to coordinate gatherings seamlessly.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with family members and service providers.
- Ability to handle laundry duties efficiently along with cooking nutritious meals when required.
- Previous hotel or property management experience is advantageous for understanding hospitality standards.
