Pay: (Based on Experience)
Travel Required
- Up to 95% travel
- Installation Projects typically last 10 days with bookend travel
- Some projects are more than 10 days and some jobs are fewer
- Job travel, lodging, and per diem are paid
- Relocation to Charlotte, NC preferred

Position Summary
Lead installation crews on projects across the United States. You’ll be responsible for jobsite execution, crew leadership, daily communication with the Project Manager, quality control, safety, and keeping projects on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise installation crews
- Assign work and maintain productivity
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite
- Read and interpret blueprints and installation drawings
- Communicate daily with the Project Manager
- Identify and resolve field issues
- Train and mentor crew members
- Deliver projects that meet Momentum’s quality and schedule standards
Qualifications
- Experience leading installation or construction crews
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience with car wash equipment or related mechanical/construction trades
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in hot and cold conditions
- Comfortable working on ladders
- Ability to lift heavy items
- Forklift Certification
Pay: From $50.00 per hour
