Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to ensure the optimal operation and safety of our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical, electrical, and facilities maintenance expertise, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of systems. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a welcoming environment by maintaining the integrity of our building infrastructure and supporting resident comfort.
Duties
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems throughout the facility.
- Troubleshoot issues using schematics, Ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools to identify root causes of equipment failures.
- Conduct repairs involving welding, electrical work, or mechanical adjustments to ensure all systems operate efficiently.
- Assist with facilities projects such as painting, remodeling, or upgrades to enhance the overall environment.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations related to electrical systems, welding procedures, and general maintenance practices.
