Pella Inland Northwest, an innovative, dynamic, growing company, is looking for a Service Technician. Pella Inland Northwest provides a fast paced, fun, and respectful work environment. Technicians must be patient and efficient while completing tasks with attention to detail.
Position Accountabilities:
· Inspect, repair, or adjust Pella windows and doors in customer homes & on job sites.
· Diagnose product issues and recommend/determine appropriate and efficient resolutions.
· Replace glass in windows and/or doors, and install items such as window shades, blinds, muntins, screens, etc. on Pella product.
· Provide customers with helpful information on the operation, care, and maintenance of their Pella products.
· Generates and updates all service-related data within Pella’s software system following a service visit to ensure accurate customer information is maintained and facilitate billing.
· Ensure impeccable service and communication is maintained through resolution and strive for a 100% Satisfied customer service rating from all customers.
· Collects payments from customers.
· Identify and order parts as necessary; maintain Service vehicle including stock of required parts.
· Assist in the training of new Field Service Technicians or other employees.
· Comply with all Company safety requirements.
· Performs any other necessary task as assigned in support of Company goals or customer satisfaction.
· Be willing to think outside the box to take care of the customer. Problem solves and diagnoses difficult issues.
*May be out of town twice a month.
Qualifications:
· High School Diploma.
· Knowledge of general construction applications and terminology are an asset.
· Be able to Operate a computer.
· Experience with power tools.
· Excellent customer service and communication skills.
· Must have a valid Driver’s License.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
