Here at Chick-fil-A, the kitchen is the heart of our operation. As a Chick-fil-A Back of House prep team member, you’ll be responsible for preparing and assembling cold food products, particularly salads and sides in a fast-paced environment. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized kitchen while adhering to Chick-fil-A standards, to provide a positive experience for our guests. This position is a very self-paced position and requires self-discipline and time management skills. We pride ourselves on creating and maintaining a culture of care throughout our organization and would love for you to be part of it!
