Position Summary
As an Onigilly Team Member, you will help create a great guest experience by preparing fresh food, serving customers with warmth and energy, maintaining a clean and organized restaurant, and working closely with your teammates. Every Team Member is trained across multiple stations so you can build your skills, understand the full restaurant operation, and have opportunities to grow into leadership roles. Responsibilities
Create an Amazing Guest Experience
- Welcome every guest with a friendly and positive attitude
- Help guests understand our menu and discover new favorite items
- Take orders accurately using our POS system and process payments
- Support phone, online, and catering orders
- Deliver friendly, fast, and accurate service
Prepare Fresh, High-Quality Food
- Learn and master Onigilly food preparation stations, including rice shaping, filling, and finishing
- Prepare menu items consistently according to recipes and quality standards
- Wash, cut, cook, and prepare ingredients, including rice, vegetables, soups, salads, proteins, and toppings
- Ensure every order is prepared quickly, accurately, and with great presentation
- Follow portioning, food handling, and food safety standards
Keep Our Restaurant Running Smoothly
- Follow all food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant
- Restock ingredients, packaging, and supplies throughout the day
- Receive deliveries and verify product quality and accuracy
- Complete assigned opening, closing, and daily restaurant tasks
- Work as part of the team to keep service running smoothly during busy periods

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
