Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain attractive store displays using planograms and visual merchandising techniques to maximize product visibility and sales.
- Manage inventory levels through stock replenishment, stock rotation, and accurate inventory control using POS systems.
- Assist with store remodeling projects, interior design updates, and remodeling initiatives to keep the store fresh and inviting.
- Operate material handling equipment safely for heavy lifting, stocking, and inventory movement while adhering to safety protocols.
- Support pricing strategies by updating signage, tags, and promotional materials aligned with branding standards.
- Conduct regular store cleaning, organization, and maintenance to ensure a safe, welcoming shopping environment.
- Collaborate with team members on training & development activities to enhance merchandising skills and customer service excellence.
Requirements
- Previous retail store experience or merchandising background preferred; strong understanding of planogram implementation is a plus.
- Supervising experience or leadership skills that demonstrate the ability to guide team members effectively.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for creating visual designs and schematics for displays.
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages are advantageous for engaging diverse customer bases.
- Knowledge of visual design principles, interior design concepts, and remodeling processes is desirable.
- Ability to operate mobile devices for inventory management, client communication, and sales transactions.
- Physical ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting, ladder use, and standard passenger car operation when needed.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stock management, pricing accuracy, and planogram execution.
- Exceptional customer service skills combined with effective time management to prioritize daily tasks efficiently.
