Compensation: up to $16 per hour depending on experience
Shift Needed: DAY SHIFT (9:30am-4pm)

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be friendly, honest, & SELF MOTIVATED
- Be good serving customers & the public, excellent customer service skills & positive attitude at ALL times
- Able to work under pressure & at a fast pace
- Must have reliable transportation & be on-time
LINE/PREP COOKS DUTIES:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking.
- Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room personnel.
- Maintain clean and tidy checkout/work areas while following health codes.
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 40 pounds.
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
- Chop vegetables, prepare sauces and other food preparation. WE PREP A LOT OF MEATS INCLUDING SEAFOOD AND SAVORY SIDES ON THE MORNING SHIFT. MUST KNOW HOW TO COOK AND SEASON FOOD. MUST MAKE ENOUGH BACK-UPS FOR THE SECOND SHIFT.
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
- Clean up station and take care of leftover food.
- Check inventory daily and Stock inventory FIFO.
- Follow ServSafe guidelines.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per year
