KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting is working with a Seabrook, NH client looking to add a Payroll Coordinator to the team! The Payroll Specialist will process for up to 1,000 employees in multiple states.
Responsibilities:
- Processing a large multi-state payroll
- Processing deductions for taxes, benefits, etc.
- Updating direct deposit information
- Issuing physical checks
- Auditing timesheets and payroll
- Reconciling payroll to the general ledger
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role
- Experience using payroll systems such as ADP, Workday, Paylocity, etc.
Compensation: $55-65k/year DOE
