We’re looking for a skilled, clean, and highly organized Small Engine Mechanic to join our team. If you’re the type of person who thrives in a busy environment, can juggle multiple priorities, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly, we want you on our team.
Position Details:
As our mechanic, you’ll be the go-to problem solver—especially in the mornings when crews are heading out and equipment issues need fast attention. This role requires someone who can stay calm under pressure, stay organized, and keep our shop in top shape while repairing and maintaining a variety of equipment.
Daily Tasks Include:
- Diagnosing and repairing small engine equipment (mowers, aerators, riding spreaders, etc.)
- Performing regular maintenance on vehicles, trailers, and other equipment
- Responding to job sites to assist crews with breakdowns
- Running parts and equipment errands
- Keeping the shop clean, safe, and highly organized (non-negotiable)
- Other related tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license required
- Minimum 3 years of mechanical experience/knowledge
- MUST be clean, organized, and detail-oriented
- Handy and adaptable across different types of repairs
- Positive attitude and a team-player mindset
