The Coordinator, Omni Content Production supports the planning, coordination, and execution of photo and video shoots from pre-production through completion. This position works closely with internal creative teams, studio partners, photographers, retouchers, stylists, and external talent to ensure shoots are organized, properly resourced, and executed according to schedule.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven creative environment. This role combines production coordination, photoshoot logistics, sample and prop management, budget administration, and digital asset management.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate pre-production activities and milestones for photo and video shoots, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Partner closely with Omni Creative Services, Marketing Operations, Creative, Studio Operations, Photography, Retouching, and Styling teams.
- Schedule pre-production meetings and coordinate participation from internal teams, external partners, and talent as needed.
- Purchase, source, and/or coordinate product samples, comp products, props, wardrobe, supplies, and other shoot materials.
- Maintain shoot-related documentation, including estimates, contracts, talent agreements, sample lists, comp lists, and production paperwork.
- Pack, ship, track, receive, organize, and maintain materials for studio and location shoots, ensuring items arrive on time and in appropriate condition.
- Coordinate with sample management teams to ensure product samples and comps are received before shoots and properly returned following production.
- Arrange craft services, catering, and other on-set production needs.
- Support photographers, retouchers, stylists, and other studio partners throughout product and marketing photography workflows.
- Provide hands-on production support during studio and location shoots as directed by senior Content Production team members.
- Update production estimates, track expenses, issue purchase orders, and submit invoices within applicable budget tracking systems.
- License stock photography and other stock content and maintain accurate information within stock-content trackers.
- Upload digital assets and update metadata within the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
- Maintain strong organization and communication throughout production while adapting quickly to changing schedules, priorities, and shoot requirements.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of professional experience in a fast-paced corporate, creative, studio, production, marketing, or related environment.
- Strong organizational, project coordination, and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Ability to work effectively across creative, marketing, studio, and operational teams.
- Comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment where priorities may change quickly.
- Experience supporting photo shoots, video shoots, creative production, studio operations, or content production is preferred.
- Experience with still-life or high-value product photography is a plus.
- Experience tracking expenses, invoices, purchase orders, or production budgets is a plus.
- Familiarity with photography capture/editing software, Digital Asset Management systems, or workflow/project management platforms is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Marketing, Communications, Production, or a related field preferred.
Ideal Candidate
The strongest candidate will have early-career experience in creative production, photo studio coordination, e-commerce content production, marketing production, or photoshoot logistics. They should be comfortable working both behind the scenes during pre-production and hands-on in a studio environment, with strong follow-through around samples, props, schedules, documentation, budgets, and digital assets.
