We're a California-based postpartum wellness brand making organic cotton garments and body care products. We're looking for a skilled US-based contractor to develop our upcoming capsule collection.
The role:
Pattern making and first sample sewing from design sketches and tech specs.
Project work includes:
Drafting patterns from sketches and tech packs
Sewing first fit samples in muslin
One round of pattern revisions based on fit feedback
Grading across XS through XL once fit is approved
Clean digital pattern files
Required:
5+ years pattern making and sample sewing experience
Confident with shirring, gathered, and tiered construction details
Experience with woven organic cottons
US-based with comfort shipping samples
