Crystal River Gems is looking for a motivated, dependable team member who enjoys learning, providing excellent customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment. This position begins with learning our warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, inventory organization, and shipping procedures. Once a strong foundation has been established, employees will continue developing their product knowledge, customer service, and sales skills to assist customers in our retail showroom and eventually host live online sales.
We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, adaptable, and excited to grow into multiple areas of the business. Eligible candidates must be available to work variable schedules including weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
Primary ResponsibilitiesWarehouse & Order Fulfillment
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Verify order accuracy before shipment.
- Organize inventory and maintain a clean, efficient warehouse.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and inventory projects.
- Follow shipping and quality control procedures.
Retail Showroom
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom.
- Learn gemstone, mineral, and jewelry products to confidently answer customer questions.
- Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
- Process sales and maintain showroom presentation.
Live Sales & Customer Engagement
- Build product knowledge to confidently present merchandise during live online sales.
- Learn to demonstrate products in an engaging, informative, and professional manner.
- Interact with customers during live sales by answering questions and helping drive sales.
- Represent Crystal River Gems in a positive and enthusiastic way across online platforms.
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Dependable with good attendance and punctuality.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods.
- Retail, warehouse, or live selling experience is helpful but not required. We will train the right person.
Opportunities for Growth
This is a cross-training position designed to build knowledge and skills across multiple areas of the business. Employees who demonstrate strong performance in warehouse operations will have opportunities to expand into retail sales, customer service, live online hosting, and additional responsibilities as they grow with the company.
Pay: $16.50 - $18.50 per hour
