Responsibilities:
- Work independently and within a team on special, nonrecurring, and ongoing projects.
- Responsible for maintaining confidentiality regarding all matters.
- Overall responsibility for managing the lobby/lounge operations of the property
- Manage the day-to-day lobby lounge activities
- Responsible for creating innovative programs and promotions to market special events, entertainment, afternoon tea, etc.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Greets the VIP guests and performs special services for VIP Guest’s.
- Checks cleanliness of lobby and public areas
- Co-ordinates with all departments concerned in order to maintain Lobby functions properly.
- Handles guest complaints and other related problems
- Motivates and maintains good Team Member relations.
- Creates positive, memorable, and efficient guest interactions within the hotel lobby and front desk.
- Provides engaging, entertaining, and inspiring guest service; meeting or exceeding property standards.
- Facilitates lobby safety, cleanliness, and security.
- Open vehicle and hotel doors and greet arriving and departing guests.
- Perform check-in and check-out calls, involving luggage handling and the escorting of guests from the front door to the front desk, or vice versa, on a frequent basis.
- Assist guests and visitors entering or exiting the parking garage.

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma/equivalent is required
- Associates/Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Must be extremely flexible and adaptable to daily frequent changes in a fast pace environment.
- Must have proficient knowledge of a variety of computer software applications (MSWord, Excel, Access, Adobe, PowerPoint)
- Skills Needed: Motivational, verbal communication, written communication
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Sits, stands, bends, stretches, lifts items and moves frequently during working hours.
