Front Desk Receptionist (Full-Time) – Redmond, OR
Pay: $20.00–$22.00 per hour (DOE)

We're looking for a full-time Front Desk Receptionist who brings a calm, organized, and welcoming presence to our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and finds satisfaction in keeping everything running smoothly.

What You'll Do
As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll help create an outstanding experience by:
- Welcoming patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and responding to emails
- Checking patients in and out and collecting payments
- Supporting providers by keeping the clinic organized and running efficiently
- Performing administrative tasks including data entry, scanning, filing, and inventory management
- Maintaining a clean, welcoming clinic environment
- Protecting patient confidentiality and maintaining HIPAA compliance

Preferred Experience
Experience in a busy medical office is preferred. We also welcome applicants from other high-volume service environments where multitasking, organization, and customer service are essential, such as hospitals, dental offices, optical clinics, physical therapy practices, hospitality, or restaurants.
