We're opening a small closer division and we only have a few seats to fill.
This is not a floor job. There's no training program and there's no ramp. If you're not already writing $1,000,000 a month in enrolled debt, stop here. We're only talking to people at the top of this industry.
WHAT IT TAKES TO GET AN INTERVIEW
- $1,000,000+ in enrolled debt per month.
- Production from the last 3 months. We don't care what you did in 2021. We care what you're doing right now.
- You know the Debt Validation product inside and out. Momen, Cordoba, or Resolution Processing experience.
- Proof. Backend reports, production dashboards, or pay history covering your last 3 months. No proof, no interview.
Currently selling Debt Settlement? Apply. Most closers at this level have run both products, and a lot of the people we're looking for are sitting on a settlement floor right now. Debt Validation experience is still required, but if you've sold both and you have the numbers, we want to talk.
THE PAY
Commission only. Up to 2.5% of the enrolled debt load. No cap, no ceiling.
- 1.5% of enrolled debt, paid after the first payment clears.
- Back-end bonus paid after the second payment clears, based on what you enrolled that month:
- Under $750,000 enrolled: no back-end bonus
- $750,000 to $1,000,000 enrolled: additional 0.5%
- $1,000,000+ enrolled: additional 1%
- The back-end bonus requires an 80% or better billable rate. Write clean deals and you get paid on them.
- Commissions are paid twice a month.
We pay at the top of the market because we want closers who produce at the top of the market. Nothing complicated about it. The more you write, the more every deal is worth to you.
THE CALLS
Inbound Debt Validation calls plus live transfers. No cold calling. No prospecting. No chasing people down. The phones don't stop and you won't be sitting around waiting for one.
You'll get consistent volume all day long. What you won't get is a queue of pre-sold clients waiting to sign. You work every call that hits your phone. That's exactly why the pay is what it is.
WHO WE WANT
- Grinders. People who attack the phone and don’t need to be managed into production.
- Closers who take a call from cold to enrolled without hand-holding.
- Reps who own the whole process. Objections, credit pulls, enrollment, start to finish.
- People who want to be measured on results and paid for them.
WHO SHOULD NOT APPLY
- Anyone who needs perfect leads handed to them to hit a number.
- Anyone whose best months are behind them.
- Anyone looking for a base, a safety net, or a place to coast.
SCHEDULE AND LOCATION
- Full-time.
- In-office in Costa Mesa, CA is strongly preferred.
- Remote will be considered for the right closer with the numbers to back it up.
