Job Title: Lead Security Guard (SNE) 2nd Shift 2 pm to 10 pm
Location: De Queen Arkansas
GENERAL SUMMARY: This position is responsible for assuring all procedures are followed in achieving the highest level or productivity in the most cost-efficient manner possible. Make sure all reporting requirements are met for area of supervision.
General Description:-
Responsible for managing a secure entrance and perimeter for the facility

Learn all the jobs of your immediate staff.

Ensure completion and accuracy of reports done by staff
-
Complete daily and weekly reports as needed
-
Supervise, train, and evaluate performance of staff; implement disciplinary procedures when necessary.

Resolve employee’s conflicts and issues promptly and objectively.
-
Direct communication with company and outside services
-
Work in the Order Management System/Shop Floor
-
Work with the Plant Shipping/Shag Service/Traffic
-
Work with the Traffic Department to coordinate shipping date, times, and locations
-
Maintain logs for inbound and outbound trucks
-
Attend meetings as scheduled
-
Reports to Safety Manager
-
Other duties as assigned
Required skills:-
Previous security related experience preferred but not required
-
Previous supervisory experience is preferred but not required
-
10-key and computer skills required
-
Ability to handle conflict

Ability to think critically and problem solve

Attention to detail and ability to multi-task

Communication skills—written and verbal

Ability to speak multiple languages is preferred but not required

Self-starter and Team player

Working Conditions:-
Must be able to work in security guard shacks, security vehicles in hot and cold conditions

Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions
-
Must be able to walk, run, sit and stand for extended periods of time

Lift up to 50lbs. EOE, including disability/vets.
