What You'll Do
· Drive new business by identifying and pursuing qualified prospects
· Build and nurture lasting relationships with existing clients
· Craft compelling proposals, presentations, and RFP responses
· Lead meetings with key stakeholders and decision-makers
· Analyze sales performance and contribute to strategy development
· Represent Renhill at networking events and industry functions
· Collaborate across departments to deliver exceptional service
What We're Looking For
We want a sales professional who brings energy, expertise, and a get-it-done attitude.
· Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
· 2+ years of cold calling and independent sales experience
· Proven track record of hitting — and exceeding — sales targets
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to persuade and build trust
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
· Tech-savvy with solid PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills
· A curious, proactive mindset that thrives in a collaborative environment
· Flexibility to attend evening events and travel as needed
