Position Summary
Casa Del Verde Apartments is seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our team in Albuquerque, NM.
In this role, you will be responsible for leasing apartment homes, conducting tours, building relationships with prospective and current residents, supporting resident retention efforts, and helping drive occupancy goals. The ideal candidate is sales-minded, organized, and passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct apartment tours and convert prospects into residents
- Follow up with leads and manage the leasing process from start to finish
- Support resident retention and lease renewal efforts
- Assist with marketing, outreach, and social media initiatives
- Ensure lease files and resident records are accurate and compliant
- Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and prospects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of leasing, sales, customer service, or related experience
- Multifamily leasing experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with Yardi or other property management software preferred
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation required
