Pediatric Smiles of Cypress is a privately owned, high-energy pediatric dental practice seeking an exceptional Senior Patient Experience Lead who thrives in a family-focused environment and enjoys building relationships with both children and parents.

Position Mission
The Senior Patient Experience Lead owns the patient experience from the first phone call through treatment completion while helping maintain a productive schedule, strong treatment acceptance, and efficient front office operations.

Key Responsibilities
Front Office Leadership
- Lead the daily flow of the front office, ensuring organization and efficiency.
- Support and guide team members to maintain high performance and smooth operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve office systems and communication flow.
Patient Experience
- Create a warm, welcoming, and exceptional experience for every child and parent.
- Build long-term trust with parents through empathy, education, and clear communication.
- Address parent concerns proactively, transforming stressful situations into positive solutions.
Treatment & Financial Coordination
- Guide families confidently through treatment recommendations and financial options.
- Help parents understand the value of recommended care to support strong case acceptance.
- Present payment plans and process patient accounts accurately.
Schedule Management & Productivity
- Maintain an optimized, productive schedule by minimizing downtime and filling gaps quickly.
- Partner with the clinical team to ensure excellent, timely patient flow throughout the day.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with exceptional energy, warmth, and professionalism.
Requirements(Non-Negotiable)
- Minimum 3+ years of dental front office, treatment coordination, patient experience, or dental office leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of dental insurance, patient accounts, treatment presentation, and financial arrangements.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume dental practice.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Completely comfortable discussing treatment recommendations and financial options with parents.
- Proven ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and make decisions independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Pediatric dentistry, Orthodontics, Oral Surgery, or other dental specialties.
- Open Dental software proficiency.
- Leadership, coaching, or mentoring experience.
- Strong understanding of patient reactivation and unscheduled treatment follow-up.
- Training through Scheduling Institute, ACT Dental, Productive Dentist Academy, DEO, or similar programs.

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
