Overview
The District Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships while driving sales growth within an assigned territory. This position requires a self-motivated professional who can effectively manage their time, prioritize opportunities, and work independently to achieve sales objectives. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, maintain a professional presence with customers, distributors, and colleagues, and serve as a trusted technical resource. They will proactively identify customer challenges, evaluate manufacturing processes and applications, and recommend products and solutions that improve performance, productivity, and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Manage Sales Activities within specified territory
- Increase sales and market share for MMUS products within specified territory
- Provide technical and commercial support to Distributors assigned in territory
- Provide technical and application support to end-user customers in territory
- Maintain, properly use and report on, company property assigned or requisitioned
- Project a Professional Appearance and Demeanor that appropriately represent MMUS Standards
- Assist distributor salespersons with calls (visits) to end-user customers
- Conduct training sessions on application of MMUS products, strategies, goals, etc.
- Monitor distributor activities within territory
- Recommend, Demonstrate, and Sell, technical solutions to customer machining operations
- Troubleshoot existing manufacturing problems with MMUS products
- Test new and current products on customer’s machines on site
Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
