Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate School Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment that fosters student engagement and academic success. This role involves designing instructional materials, delivering lessons in various subjects, and assessing student progress. The School Teacher will play a crucial role in mentoring students and supporting their educational journey.
Duties
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
- Utilize instructional design techniques to create effective learning experiences.
- Conduct assessments and standardized testing to evaluate student performance.
- Provide tutoring and individualized support to students who require additional assistance.
- Mentor students in their academic pursuits, encouraging critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student progress and classroom activities.
- Participate in research laboratory activities as needed for science-related subjects.
- Maintain a positive classroom environment conducive to learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; teaching certification required
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and effective teaching strategies.
- Experience in tutoring or mentoring students is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in teaching Math subjects and Biology
- Familiarity with standardized testing procedures and assessment methods.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and engage with the school community.
- A passion for education and commitment to fostering student growth.
