What You'll Do
- Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with homeowners using appointments we provide
- Educate homeowners on solar energy, savings potential, financing options, and the overall process
- Review energy usage and property details to recommend the right solar solution
- Present customized proposals and clearly explain system design, pricing, and financing
- Build rapport, answer questions, and help customers make informed decisions
- Guide qualified homeowners through the sales process and complete agreements and documentation
- Coordinate with sales management and project management for a smooth handoff after the sale
Who Fits
- Self-motivated, dependable, coachable, and comfortable in a performance-driven remote role
- Consultative sales or closing experience preferred — virtual presentations, objection handling, follow-up, and closing
- Previous sales, appointment setting, call center, or customer service experience preferred; solar experience is a plus, not required
- Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a professional environment for calls and meetings
