Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes following established recipes and presentation standards
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, fryers, mixers, and slicers

- Assist with menu planning by suggesting new dishes or modifications based on ingredient availability and customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and cooking areas through regular cleaning routines

Experience
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar culinary role within restaurants or catering environments
- Familiarity with dietary department procedures and dietary aide experience is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of safety standards in food production and food handling practices
- Skilled in using kitchen tools such as knives with proper slicing techniques and recipe adherence
- Experience operating commercial kitchen equipment safely and effectively
