Field Sales Inspector (FSI) – Chimney & Home Sales Consultant
The FSI position preforms Full Service Level 2 Chimney Inspections for each customer to assess condition of the chimney and the needs for the heart of the home

Spotless Chimney Sweeping & Solutions is one of Connecticut’s fastest-growing home service companies providing inspection, rebuild, and restoration services that protect the heart of the home. We’re expanding and looking for motivated Field Sales Inspectors (FSIs) to join our sales and service team.
This is a 100% commission role with pre-set appointments — no cold calling. Paid training with a roll off period with guaranteed pay depending on performance You’ll be meeting homeowners who already requested chimney inspections or safety evaluations. Your job: educate, inspect, and recommend the right solution for each home.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct in-home chimney and fireplace inspections using our EDGE² customer experience process
- Educate homeowners on safety, efficiency, and repair options
- Present rebuild, liner, or cap system solutions with clear financing options
- Build strong relationships through trust and follow-up
- Manage your pipeline and appointments through ServiceTitan CRM
- Work flexible hours — some evenings and Saturdays — to match customer availability
Who You Are
- Driven and self-motivated; thrives in a high-earning, performance-based environment
- Professional communicator who can educate and guide homeowners confidently
- Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy (we use ServiceTitan + digital inspections)
- Background in HVAC, roofing, pest control, home improvement, financial or construction sales, preferred but we’ll train the right person
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work flexible hours (evenings/weekends as needed)
- In-home sales experience preferred (2–5 years ideal)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college or trade background a plus
