Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced Landscape Crew Leaders to oversee and manage our landscaping teams. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring high-quality work, maintaining safety standards, and providing leadership to crew members on various landscaping projects. Your leadership will directly contribute to the success and growth of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and supervise a team of landscapers in completing landscape maintenance and installation projects.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and in a timely manner.
- Manage daily crew operations and assist in job site preparation and planning.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety by enforcing company policies and safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Assist in maintaining equipment and tools to ensure proper functioning and longevity.
- Manage project timelines and ensure efficient work execution.
- Provide leadership and guidance to crew members, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in landscaping, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or crew leader role.
- Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance, design, and installation techniques.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to operate landscaping tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
