Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and responding to inquiries.
- Perform data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Provide clerical support including typing, proofreading documents, and managing office correspondence.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Handle customer support inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist with office management duties, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Support patient check-in/check-out processes as required.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn new software applications.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills to enhance client interactions.
- Previous experience in front desk roles or office management is preferred.
- Familiarity with clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and administrative support is essential.
- Time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
