The Maintenance Technician is responsible for a variety of tasks associated with implementation of Pathway’s Safety/Environment of Care Plans. In addition, the technician is responsible for routine and urgent maintenance and safety tasks at multiple Pathway, Inc. campuses.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Support efforts to monitor organization-wide plans to maintain compliance with the current Life Safety Code.

Complete scheduled organization-wide routine and unforeseen building and grounds maintenance tasks

Maintain Material Safety Data Sheet manuals
-
Operate emergency generators and assist with periodic tests as required by standards
-
Conduct safety/security rounds weekly.

Schedule routine maintenance and urgent repairs to Pathway vehicles
-
Available on-call for emergency management support.

Building inspections, ground inspections, and equipment inspections.

Repairs and maintenance

Installs equipment and appliances
-
Report any issues to the Vo-tech director
-
Follow written and verbal instructions
-
Use equipment including power tools, hand tools, electric tools, etc.

Graduation from high school or equivalent.

Completion of an accredited vocational education program and/or
commensurate experience.(pay based on experience and credentials)
