Southern Structural Solutions is looking for a high-initiative Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to help us grow a local structural repair company serving Greenbrier, Conway, Little Rock, and Central Arkansas.
This is not a corporate marketing job where you sit in meetings all day and talk about “brand synergy.” This is a hands-on growth role inside a small, owner-led company where the right person can make a real impact, build systems, help shape the company’s marketing direction, and grow with us long term.
We repair foundation problems, crawl space issues, slab concerns, drainage problems, basement water intrusion, and structural wood damage. Our customers are homeowners who are often worried, confused, and unsure what is happening to their home. Our job is to inspect the problem, explain it clearly, provide a professional repair plan, and do the work the right way.
We are looking for someone who can help us tell that story better, track where our best leads come from, support our advertising efforts, create useful content, organize job photos and videos, improve our online presence, and help turn real work in the field into real business growth.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, creative, digitally fluent, coachable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-moving local business. You do not need to know foundation repair on day one. You do need to be willing to learn, ask good questions, follow through, and take ownership of your work.
Responsibilities
Coordinate with our advertising team and help track campaign performance.
Help monitor lead quality by city, service type, lead source, and sold job.
Work with the Office Manager to make sure marketing source and line of work are being captured correctly.
Help manage and update our Google Business Profile.
Create simple social media posts for Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
Collect, organize, and help use job-site photos and videos.
Help build before-and-after content from completed projects.
Assist with customer review requests and reputation management.
Help improve website service content and local service-area messaging.
Prepare simple monthly marketing reports for the owner.
Help identify which services, cities, and campaigns are producing the best opportunities.
Support local outreach with realtors, inspectors, vendors, and community contacts.
Help organize marketing materials, customer-facing content, and brand assets.
Turn messy information into clean, useful marketing and reporting.
What We Are Looking For
Strong communication skills.
Good writing ability.
Strong organization and follow-through.
Comfortable with technology and online platforms.
Ability to use or learn Canva, Google Sheets, Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, and basic website tools.
Ability to work with an owner, office staff, field crews, customers, and outside vendors.
Comfortable asking questions and learning a technical home-services business.
Able to take direction and also work independently.
Practical, honest, reliable, and willing to take ownership.
Interested in building something long term, not just checking boxes.
Helpful Experience
Marketing, social media, communications, sales support, advertising, real estate, construction, home services, customer service, office administration, or small business experience.
A college degree is welcome but not required. We care more about communication, common sense, organization, coachability, and proof that you can get things done.
This Role Is Not
This is not a fully remote position.
This is not a graphic design-only role.
This is not a corporate management role.
This is not a job for someone who needs every step handed to them.
This is not a position where you will only post pretty pictures and call it marketing.
This is a hands-on business growth role. Some days you may be helping organize job photos. Some days you may be reviewing lead sources. Some days you may be helping write website content. Some days you may be asking why an ad campaign is producing poor leads. Some days you may be helping turn a crawl space repair into a clear story a homeowner can understand.
Compensation
Expected range: $48,000 to $58,000 per year, depending on experience and ability.
For the right person, this role has room to grow as the company grows.
Schedule
Full-time.
Primarily in person.
Local to Greenbrier, Conway, Little Rock, and Central Arkansas.
Why This Job Matters
Southern Structural Solutions is growing, and we need someone who can help build the marketing side of the company with care, consistency, and follow-through. The right person will work closely with the owner and become a key part of how we generate leads, communicate with customers, track results, and grow the business.
We are looking for someone who wants a long-term opportunity, enjoys learning, likes taking ownership, and wants to help build something real.
