We've built a structured 6-month apprenticeship that trains you in chimney repair, masonry, and field operations.

Month 0–6: Learn, execute, and prove yourself

At 6 months:

Earn CSIA Certification (required)

Step into the Lead Technician track

Receive a $3/hour raise

Prepare trucks, tools, and materials daily

Assist with chimney repairs, installations, and masonry work

Requirements

Pay & Benefits
