Summary
The Senir Executive Assistant fr the Superintendent prvides high-level cnfidential administrative supprt t the Superintendent, handling district-wide strategic initiatives, Bard cmmunicatins, and sensitive matters requiring discretin and judgment.
Essential Duties and Respnsibilities
Manage Superintendent's calendar, travel, and meeting l
- gistics.
Prepare and distribute Bard meeting materials and cnfidential rep- rts.
Crdinate district-wide prjects and ensure cmpliance with gvernance p- licies.
Serve as liaisn between Superintendent and internal/external stakeh- lders.
Assists in maintaining accurate recrds related t the superintendent's prgress tward achieving bard identified g- als.
Cmpses and types rutine crresp- ndence.
rganizes and maintains file system, and files crrespndence and ther recrds f- r the superintendent.
Answers and screens supervisr telephne calls, and arranges c- nference calls.
Greets scheduled visitrs and cnducts them t apprpriate areas r pers- ns.
Perfrms secretarial duties and resp- nsibilities as assigned by the superintendent.
Crdinates and arranges meetings, prepares agendas, reserves and prepares facilities, and recrds and transcribes minutes - f meetings.
Makes cpies f crrespndence r - ther printed materials.
Prepares utging mail and crresp- ndence, including e-mail and faxes.
