We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in the Terre Haute area. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, providing excellent customer service, and learning valuable sales and communication skills. You'll help customers explore telecommunications services and find solutions that best fit their needs.
What You'll Be Doing as a Customer Service Representative
- Meet directly with customers in assigned residential areas as a Customer Service Representative
- Introduce internet, wireless, and connectivity solutions as a Customer Service Representative
- Explain promotions, service options, pricing, and account features
- Assist customers with enrollments, activations, account setup, and account updates
- Answer questions and provide customer support throughout the enrollment process as a Customer Service Representative
- Build strong customer relationships through professionalism and communication
- Maintain accurate customer records and daily activity tracking
- Contribute to customer acquisition, customer engagement, and team sales goals as a Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll spend your day interacting with people, building relationships, and creating positive customer experiences.
