Looking for a loyal and high energy individual to manage our Mississippi warehouse. Must be organized and able to prioritize while working as a Team Member with all staff and customers.
Responsibilities
· Maintain clean and organized office and warehouse at all times
· Store materials appropriately to avoid damaged products
· Ensure accurate fulfillment of material orders
· Respond to project and customer orders in a timely manner
· Responsible for logistics on outgoing material orders
· Load and unload materials in a safe manner
· Assist installation crews with material requests and emphasize a sense of urgency
with morning operations
· Communicate effectively with office manager regarding inventory levels and
reordering points
· Prepare, store and tag product samples
· Place order for materials from suppliers – when necessary
· Ensure proper maintenance on company vehicles and service equipment
· Assist as crew driver when needed - Must have a valid driver's license!
· Deliver material orders when needed - Must have a valid driver's license!
Qualifications
Excellent verbal skills and able to use technology.
It will be helpful to know how to operate a forklift but this can be taught to the right candidate.
