Job Summary
As a Handy Man, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of buildings and facilities.
Duties
- Conducting routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and repairing equipment
- Inspecting buildings for any issues and fixing them promptly
- Handling plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs
- Installing fixtures and appliances
- Responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Keeping accurate records of maintenance and repair activities
Experience
- Proven experience as a maintenance person or similar role
- Solid understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $40.00 - $80.00 per hour
