Duties
- Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load, unload, and move inventory safely and efficiently
- Manage shipping and receiving processes by verifying shipments against documentation and inspecting incoming goods
- Stock racking systematically, organize products in designated areas, and maintain a clean and safe workspace
- Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and data entry using warehouse systems such as AS400 or MRP software
- Support packaging operations to prepare products for delivery, including labeling and securing items for transport
Skills
- Proven experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in warehouse distribution and receiving processes
- Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts safely; reach truck experience is a plus
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for order quantities, measurements, and inventory counts
- Skilled in order picking & packing techniques to ensure timely delivery of customer orders in an e-commerce setting
- Experience with shipping & receiving procedures, including load & unload operations using pallet jacks or forklifts
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to manage stock levels efficiently
