Duties
- Package baked items efficiently while maintaining presentation quality and freshness
- Coffee preparation
- Handling cash register
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety regulations
- Provide friendly customer service by answering questions about products and offering recommendations
- Support catering events or special orders by preparing customized baked goods with attention to detail.
Experience
- Previous experience in baking, pastry arts, or food production is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided
- Knowledge of cake decorating techniques and pastry presentation is a plus
- Familiarity with food handling procedures, kitchen safety standards, and food industry regulations
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude are essential for engaging with our guests effectively
