Job OverviewWe're looking for a compassionate and skilled Licensed Acupuncturist (CT license required) to join our integrative wellness team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to supplement their existing practice with additional hours in a supportive, patient-focused environment.
We offer both private and community acupuncture sessions, so comfort and confidence in both settings is essential. You'll be part of a collaborative space where we prioritize exceptional patient care, holistic wellness, and individualized treatment approaches.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including health histories and current concerns
- Create and implement personalized treatment plans
- Provide acupuncture treatments using safe, effective techniques and aseptic protocols
- Monitor progress and adjust treatments as needed
- Educate patients on the benefits of acupuncture and complementary therapies
- Maintain accurate and compliant patient documentation (SOAP notes)
- Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in acupuncture and pain management.
- Collaborate as needed with other professionals to provide comprehensive care.
What We’re Looking For:
- Active CT acupuncture license
- Proficiency in various acupuncture techniques
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Ability to assess and address medical necessity and acute conditions
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and aseptic treatment procedures
- CPR certification is a plus
