As a Security Officer Screener in Jeffersonville, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.

Screen people, bags, packages, and/or personal items entering designated areas using assigned equipment and established post orders.

Verify identification, visitor credentials, delivery information, and/or access authorizations before permitting entry to controlled spaces.

Respond to incidents, screening alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.

Document screening results, visitor activity, incidents, and/or policy exceptions, and communicate relevant updates to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
Minimum Requirements:

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
