Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Eyelash Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beauty services, particularly in eyelash extensions, and will be dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a blend of technical skills, creativity, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively. The Eyelash Specialist will also play a key role in promoting our services through social media management and retail sales.
Responsibilities
- Apply eyelash extensions with precision and care, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with industry regulations.
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
- Manage appointments using salon software such as MINDBODY.
- Promote additional services including hair extensions, body waxing, and esthetic treatments.
- Conduct product demonstrations and upsell products to enhance client experiences.
- Assist with front desk duties including scheduling appointments and managing customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques, including botulinum toxin treatment and dermal fillers.
Requirements
- Valid cosmetology license or relevant certification.
- Proven experience in eyelash extensions application and related beauty services.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with salon software for appointment management (e.g., MINDBODY).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices within the beauty industry.
- Experience in social media management to promote services effectively.
- Additional skills in makeup application, hair styling, tattooing, or esthetic laser treatment are a plus.

Job Type: Contract
Base Pay: $2,000.00 - $4,000.00 per week
