Duties
- Lead daily shift operations, supervising staff to ensure smooth workflow and excellent service delivery
- Prepare and assemble a variety of sandwiches and baked goods with precision and attention to quality standards
- Manage inventory control, including stock rotation, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste
- Train new team members on food preparation techniques, safety protocols, and customer service expectations
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas in compliance with health regulations
- Assist in managing food production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of fresh products during peak hours
Requirements
- Proven experience in food preparation, quick service or fast food restaurant environments, or hospitality management
- Demonstrated leadership skills with supervising experience in a restaurant or culinary setting
- Familiarity with food safety standards, kitchen management, and inventory control practices
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Prior experience in restaurant management, catering, or casual dining is highly desirable
