Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure food is prepared, plated, and served in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, equipment, and workstations.
- Follow food safety and health regulations.
- Assist with food preparation, portioning, and inventory management.
- Monitor food quality and freshness of ingredients.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with the store team.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a cook or line cook preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with Mediterranean cuisine is a plus.
