Perform comprehensive diagnostics on powertrain, electrical, and overall vehicle performance issues
Complete routine maintenance services (oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, etc.)
Repair and replace faulty components to meet manufacturer and industry standards
Utilize diagnostic tools and hand tools efficiently and safely
Maintain accurate repair documentation and service records
Communicate clearly with customers regarding repair recommendations and maintenance needs
Stay current with evolving automotive technologies, including Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS)
Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow efficiency and service excellence
Minimum 1 year experience as a service technician (required)
Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
Experience troubleshooting automotive electrical systems
Knowledge of powertrain systems and related repairs
Familiarity with Ford vehicles preferred (not required)
ADAS experience is a plus
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to safely and effectively use automotive tools and equipment
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (MVR required)
Competitive pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per flat rate hour
