Job Overview
The practice is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented healthcare leader to oversee multi-site operations, organizational performance, revenue-cycle management, human resources, and financial administration. The successful candidate will partner with physician owners and department managers to preserve operational excellence while strengthening accountability, communication, and continued growth.
Responsibilities
- Daily operations across multiple oral surgery locations and providers.
- A defined management structure with clear reporting lines, roles, and accountability.
- Medical and dental billing, insurance verification, authorizations, coding, claims, denials, appeals, payment posting, and A/R follow-up.
- RCM best practices and KPI oversight, including days in A/R, clean-claim rate, denial rate, net collection ratio, charge lag, and underpayments.
- Human resources, payroll coordination, staffing, performance management, benefits administration, and employee relations.
- Budgets, purchasing, vendor relationships, compliance, reporting, and continuous process improvement.
Requirements
- Five or more years of progressive healthcare practice management or administration experience.
- Strong medical and dental billing and insurance knowledge; oral surgery or procedure-based specialty experience preferred.
- Demonstrated command of complete revenue-cycle workflows and reimbursement best practices.
- Experience leading managers within a multi-site, multi-provider organization.
- Financial literacy, analytical ability, sound judgment, and exceptional attention to detail.
- A self-starter mindset with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
