Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our team. The Service Advisor will act as the liaison between customers and our service technicians, ensuring exceptional service experiences for all automotive maintenance and repair needs.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assess their service requirements
- Provide accurate estimates for services and repairs
- Communicate service recommendations clearly to customers
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers
- Maintain customer records and service history
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely completion of work
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
Experience
- Proven experience in automotive service advising or related field
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Knowledge of automotive maintenance, repairs, and industry standards
- Familiarity with dealership operations and auto estimating software
- Mechanical knowledge to understand service technician recommendations
- Ability to diagnose basic automotive issues is a plus
