As a vital part of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of our 65-bed facility, providing a comfortable and safe environment for our residents.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, cleaning, repairing, and replacing equipment and fixtures
Conduct thorough cleaning of public areas, resident rooms, and common spaces
Assist with laundry, trash disposal, and recycling
Respond to resident requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Maintain a safe and clean environment by adhering to infection control and safety protocols
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role or in a healthcare setting preferred
Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Availability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
